A Quick Look at the Samsung G600 Slider Phone

First up, here are the key features that you can expect from the ‘image conscious’ phone which is the Samsung G600.  First, is has a 5 Megapixel camera which has autofocus and a LED flash. Samsung Rogue Glyde2 Pictures

Images and details of Samsung’s replacement to the Verizon Glyde, the Samsung Rogue U960, have leaked out, with the touchscreen QWERTY slider expected to see a release on August 15th. First spotted in the wild earlier this month, the handset runs Samsung’s TouchWiz 2.0 OS.

Full specifications for the phone are unconfirmed, but there’s definitely a 3-megapixel camera with flash on the back, together with a microSD card slot on the side. It looks to be a reasonably thick device, though that’s perhaps to be expected what with the keyboard-slide mechanism to accommodate.

There’s also a 3.5mm headphones socket – on the side, though, rather than in our preferred position on the top or bottom – and widget-filled desktop. No word on pricing, though we’d expect to hear all the details in a couple of weeks time.

Both devices are about the same height, while Rogue is a tad wider and thinner.

We remind you that Rogue is Glyde’s replacement and this QWERTY slider also packs a touchscreen display, TouchWiz 2.0 and a 3 megapixel camera with Flash at the back.

Samsung Rogue U960 features a sleek touchscreen. It supports CDMA 800/1900. Other features include a 3 megapixels camera, Bluetooth, GPS and a built-in MP3 player.

The new Samsung Rogue cell phone which replaces the Glyde, I hope the Verizon Samsung Rogue is much more reliable than the Glyde. New Samsung Phones – Samsung Rogue has Qwerty and TouchWiz, very nice to see a presentation of a touchwiz phone, TouchWiz interface responsive, carefully thought-out, superb QWERTY, Qwerty keyboard is my favorite feature! I’m interested in is the WiFi and the Flash UI.

What happens when you take the Samsung OmniaPro, improve its keyboard and the general look of the device, then strip it of its smartphone OS? You get the Verizon Rogue.

For those looking for the smartphone package without the smarts, it’s a nice piece of kit. That QWERTY keyboard looks downright delicious, it’s got a nicely sized AMOLED screen, and the autofocus on that 3 megapixel camera should make your on-the-go shots slightly less craptastic.

Oh well – if you’re not the sort of person to get hung up on an OS, PhoneArena says you ought to be able to grab this guy come August 15th.

A bunch of new images were released on the upcoming Samsung Rogue U960. The latest mobile phone from Samsung Electronics is practically the same height as the Glyde although a bit thicker.

how to transfer Apple Itunes music to Samsung Impression

I just bought the samsung impression this week, while, i am trying to move some music mp3 files from Itunes music libery to my samsung impression cell phones. but i can not figur out how i can put the purchased muisic onto my phones..

someone just suggest USB connect cell phone & computer, move itunes music to computer and then transfer from music to cell phone…it seems no works..

someone suggest to Try iTunes Transfer – Transfer iTunes to other iTunes or computer, iTunes transfer is a professional tool to help you transfer iTunes library to any other computer, i did not try it yet, so anyone of you have same needs, try this..

As the music in iTunes is encrypted with DRM, you cannot directly put it on any non-Apple MP3 player. The easiest way is:

1. Insert a CD-R or CD-RW disc into your CD-ROM drive.
2. Burn your playlist to make an audio CD.
3. After the audio CD is successfully burned, insert the disc into your CD-ROM drive again. Then you can use iTunes to import the music tracks on the burned disc as MP3 files.

“The phone is great, especially since it can do everything that the Eternity could do (including the virtual keyboard, which is actually better on the impression). It includes more widgets, and I especially like the favorites widget which makes it easy to call your Favs.The Lock Button is hard to use because it is located on the slide out keyboard and it pushes out the keyboard when you go to lock the device. Probably would be better to make it a Push to lock instead of a hold. Personally I think the lock button should have remained on the top right like the Eternity but Im sure Ill adjust. The slide out keyboard is amazing and really easy to type on. It was definitely a mistake to assign the comma as a Fn key, I use commas all the time. Camera seems better than the eternity for some reason. Still lacks speed dial. Icons are better looking and the main menu icons are in better locations. New games and apps menu and tweaked multitask key are good. Cant wait until they release the SDK for widgets. Its not too bulky, and I was surprised that the keyboard did not take up much space. Its almost the same thickness as the eternity.”
